Tuesday, January 28, 2003 AD Goofiness Begets Unmitigated Goofiness The "Baltimore Believe" campaign is goofy. It's a waste of money. Worse, it's a waste of my money. But at least it's not unmitigated goofiness. I mean, somebody's trying to do something about a legitimate problem, even if they're clueless as to what the real problem is and where the real solution lies.
