Monday, April 07, 2003 AD A Pretty Much Wasted Day Three hours on the phone with tech support, the culmination of which was reinstalling office -- something I've been telling them for ages I've suspected needed doing. Three hours in an hour-and-a-half meeting (you know how that goes?) of a committee I didn't even want to be on. A few piddly website corrections and one Word-to-PDF conversion and lunch rounded out the hours. But I journaled a bit during the tech support calls and I made good progress on a drawing during the meeting, so if they're happy to pay me to do those things, that's fine with me!
